Core winding adhesives, based on an aqueous dispersion of a modified homopolymer, for the manufacture of cores (board roles) with two or more layers of kraft paper to wound tissue paper.
The adhesives are applied to paperboard either by manual means or automated.
They provide a rapid bonding of the paper strips to achieve the adhesion properties required, allowing an accurate core winding.
For a good efficiency of the product, paper strips to be bonded must be dry and free of dust and oils.
To clean application and handling equipments the use of water is recommended.
